UI/UX Designer

Hello! We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape how people experience Edverise. Edverise helps businesses find and compare verified technology vendors using verified reviews, delivery history and transparent rankings instead of ad spend. Comparing technology vendors can feel overwhelming, and your job is to make it feel clear and calm, from the very first search to the final shortlist.

About the team

You will work closely with our React and full stack developers, AI engineers and marketing team. You will be part of decisions early instead of being handed specs at the end, and we keep design reviews friendly and focused on the user.

What you will work on

• Design key marketplace flows such as search, filters, vendor profiles and side-by-side comparisons.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs and clickable prototypes in Figma.
• Run user interviews and usability tests with buyers and vendors, and share what you learn.
• Build and maintain our design system so the product looks and feels consistent.
• Design how AI features and rankings are explained so users trust what they see.
• Work with developers during the build to make sure the final product matches the design.

What we are looking for

• 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience on web products, ideally marketplaces or SaaS.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, auto layout and prototyping.
• Experience running user research and usability tests.
• A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens.
• Clear communication and comfort explaining your design decisions.

What success looks like

In your first 3 months, you have learned our users and product, redesigned at least one key flow, and set up a regular rhythm of user testing.

By 6 months, you own the core marketplace experience, our design system is in active use, and you can point to measurable improvements in how users search and compare vendors.

How we work

This is a full-time role based at our office on the 11th floor of O-Hub in Infocity, Bhubaneswar. We will walk you through working hours and the team's weekly routine during the interview process.

Day to day you will use Figma and FigJam. We keep things simple: clear goals, honest feedback, and plenty of room to ask questions and learn. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
