Our commitment and standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard for making web content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Accessibility is an ongoing effort that we continue to improve as the platform evolves.
Measures we take
Designing for keyboard navigation and screen-reader compatibility;
Providing sufficient colour contrast and readable typography;
Adding text alternatives for meaningful images and clear labels for forms and controls; and
Considering accessibility in our design and development process and testing as we grow.
Known limitations
Some content — including certain user-generated content, third-party components, or legacy pages — may not yet fully meet our target standard. We are working to identify and address these areas over time.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in an alternative format, please tell us with a description of the issue and the page involved. We welcome your feedback and will do our best to provide the information or make the correction. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
