Data Deletion Request

• Deletion of your Edverise account and associated personal profile information;

• Removal of personal information such as your name, email and phone number from our records, subject to legal limits;

• Removal or unpublishing of a company profile that was compiled from public sources (requested by an authorised representative of that company); and

• Withdrawal of consent to marketing or other consent-based processing.

Email compliance@edverise.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” or use the request form on our website edverise.com/contact. Please include: your name; the email address associated with your account or profile; the specific data or profile you want deleted; and, for company-profile requests, evidence that you are authorised to act for the company.

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity (and, for company requests, your authority to act) before acting on a request. We may ask for additional information solely for this purpose.

We may retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or legitimate need — for example, to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements. Published reviews may be de-identified rather than fully removed where necessary to preserve the integrity of the review record, consistent with our Terms of Use and Editorial Policy. Information others have copied or that appears in search-engine caches may persist outside our control.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to complete verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfil a request in whole or in part, we will explain why.
