Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate information, or that violate these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, including reviews, ratings, comments, company details, images and messages (“User Content”). You agree to submit only accurate, genuine and lawful content, and you are liable for any false, misleading, defamatory or infringing content you provide.

Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experience. You may not: submit fake, fraudulent, or improperly incentivised reviews; review your own company or a direct competitor; or provide or receive improper compensation for posting or removing reviews. We may verify, edit for clarity, decline, or remove content, and we may withhold or remove reviews that fail verification — see our Editorial Policy.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Edverise a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You are not entitled to compensation for such use.

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else:

• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, harassing, obscene or otherwise objectionable;

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, or use bots/automated means to copy the Services or data, except as we expressly permit;

• Copy, resell, redistribute, or use our content or data to build a competing service;

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Services or other users’ accounts;

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; or

• Violate any applicable law or third-party right.

The Services let you browse companies and view ratings, rankings and reviews. Rankings and reviews reflect third-party opinions and our methodology; a listing is not an endorsement, guarantee or recommendation. Any engagement, transaction or communication between buyers and companies is solely between those parties and at their own risk. Edverise is not a party to those dealings and is not liable for them.

The Services — including the Edverise name, logos, badges, design, software, and the compilation of profiles, ratings and reviews — are owned by Edverise or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or remove any proprietary notices or use our marks without prior written permission. Third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Services may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

The Services and all information on them are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of company information, reviews or rankings, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edverise and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Edverise from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
