Vendor Terms

Some profiles are created by Edverise from public and third-party sources before a company registers. By claiming a profile, you confirm you are authorised to represent the company. You are responsible for ensuring your profile information — services, descriptions, portfolio, logos, pricing and team details — is accurate, current and does not infringe third-party rights. We may verify claims and may reject or revoke a claim we believe is unauthorised or inaccurate.

Reviews are the opinions of reviewers. You may respond publicly to reviews and may flag reviews you believe violate our guidelines for investigation. You may not solicit fake or misleading reviews, offer prohibited incentives, review yourself or competitors, or attempt to suppress genuine reviews. Our Editorial Policy governs how reviews are verified and how disputes are handled.

We may offer paid services such as enhanced listings, verification, sponsorship placements, advertising and badges. Buying a paid service increases visibility but does not buy a higher merit-based ranking or a positive review, and does not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, leads or business. Sponsored placements are clearly labelled — see the Advertising Disclosure and Editorial Policy.

Badge licence

If you are awarded an Edverise badge, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to display it — unmodified — on your website and marketing materials while the award remains valid and your account is in good standing. You may not alter the badge or use it in a misleading way. We may revoke the licence if the award lapses or these terms are breached.

Paid plans may be offered as subscriptions that renew automatically for the term you select unless cancelled. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes and to keep your payment details current. Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer or required by law, fees are non-refundable for periods already begun. To cancel or avoid renewal, submit a request at least 5 business days before your next billing date. We may change our services, plans and pricing prospectively on notice.

You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload and that your use complies with law. We may suspend, restrict, or remove a profile or paid service for breach of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the Services or other users.
