Graphic Designer

Hi there! We are hiring a Graphic Designer to give Edverise a clear, recognisable look wherever people meet us. Edverise helps businesses find and compare verified technology vendors using verified reviews, delivery history and transparent rankings instead of ad spend. You will design the visuals for our social media, ads, guides and website, and help a young brand look as trustworthy as the verified vendors it lists.

About the team

You will work with our marketing team, content writers and UI/UX designer. Writers bring the message, marketers bring the goals, and you bring it all to life visually. We share work early, give honest and kind feedback, and enjoy seeing ideas get better together.

What you will work on

• Design social media posts, carousels and short animations for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Create ad creatives in different sizes and versions for testing.
• Design visuals for blog posts, buyer guides, reports and presentations.
• Build and look after brand guidelines, templates and a shared asset library.
• Create graphics such as badges and banners for vendor profiles and marketplace pages.
• Support events, webinars and email campaigns with on-brand visuals.

What we are looking for

• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally for a digital brand.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, plus comfort with Figma or Canva.
• A good eye for typography, layout and colour.
• Basic motion design skills in After Effects are a plus.
• A portfolio showing a range of digital and brand work.

What success looks like

In your first 3 months, you have learned our brand, delivered regular social and ad creatives, and built a set of reusable templates.

By 6 months, you own our visual brand across channels, our brand guidelines are clear and in use, and your designs are helping our campaigns perform better.

How we work

This is a full-time role based at our office on the 11th floor of O-Hub in Infocity, Bhubaneswar. We will walk you through working hours and the team's weekly routine during the interview process.

Day to day you will use Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva. We keep things simple: clear goals, honest feedback, and plenty of room to ask questions and learn. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
