Full Stack Developer

Hey there! We are hiring a Full Stack Developer who enjoys owning a feature from the first idea to the final release. Edverise helps businesses find and compare verified technology vendors using verified reviews, delivery history and transparent rankings instead of ad spend. You will move between React on the front end and Node.js on the back end, and you will help decide how new parts of the marketplace should be built.

About the team

You will work alongside frontend and backend developers, designers, AI engineers and our marketing team. Because you see the whole stack, you will often be the person who connects the dots between them. We plan work together, write things down, and keep feedback kind and direct.

What you will work on

• Build complete features such as vendor onboarding, review submission and buyer shortlists, from schema to UI.
• Write clean APIs in Node.js and connect them to React and Next.js interfaces.
• Make thoughtful choices about data models in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Improve performance, security and test coverage across the stack.
• Break larger projects into clear steps and help teammates estimate and plan.
• Support deployments on AWS and help fix production issues when they come up.

What we are looking for

• 3-5 years of experience building and shipping full stack web applications.
• Strong skills in JavaScript or TypeScript, React and Node.js.
• Experience designing databases and APIs that other developers rely on.
• Comfort deploying and running apps on a cloud platform such as AWS.
• The ability to explain technical trade-offs simply to non-engineers.

What success looks like

In your first 3 months, you have shipped at least one full feature end to end, you know our architecture well, and you are an active reviewer on both frontend and backend code.

By 6 months, you lead the build of a significant marketplace feature, you have improved a part of the stack that was slowing the team down, and you are helping newer developers grow.

How we work

This is a full-time role based at our office on the 11th floor of O-Hub in Infocity, Bhubaneswar. We will walk you through working hours and the team's weekly routine during the interview process.

Day to day you will use GitHub, Figma, React, Node.js and AWS. We keep things simple: clear goals, honest feedback, and plenty of room to ask questions and learn. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
