Under recruitment process outsourcing, an outside provider runs part or all of a company's hiring as if it were the internal talent acquisition team: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offers and onboarding handoffs, often under the employer's own brand and inside its applicant tracking system. Companies choose RPO when hiring volume outgrows recruiters, when they are opening a new site or market, or when agency fees have become too costly.
