To authentically showcase what sets their teams apart, they collaborated with Hylton Media Group to produce a cinematic culture film featuring real employees captured in genuine moments. This specially crafted film serves both as a recruitment tool and a brand asset, reflecting the true spirit of Alpla. The project involved a comprehensive approach including creative direction, embedded production, interviews, and post-production. Filming took place on location with expert use of lighting, audio equipment, gimbals, sliders, and meticulous color grading to ensure high-quality representation of the company’s values and environment.
