About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in 2013 by Heather Blease, a Maine native with over 25 years in the contact center industry, SaviLinx is a Woman-Owned Small Business committed to fostering genuine customer connections beyond mere transactions. Established on the former Brunswick Maine Naval Air Station, the company earned its HUBZone certification in 2017, reflecting its dedication to revitalizing economically challenged communities by creating jobs. Heather’s leadership extends beyond business, having collaborated with Maine’s U.S. Congressional delegation to expand HUBZone areas near closed military bases. Her efforts and innovation have been recognized through numerous honors, including the 2021 MaineBiz Woman to Watch and a consistent presence on the Inc. 5000 List for five years. SaviLinx embodies a passion for meaningful partnership and community upliftment.
