About the Team
OUR STORY
ROUGE Collective, founded in Southeast Asia in 2022 by Vann Law and Thomas Dohm, is an artist-driven animation studio driven by a commitment to storytelling that fosters kindness, inclusivity, and social impact. Originating from a collaborative "red-themed" animation challenge, ROUGE has grown into a vibrant community where creators merge bold imagination with practical execution. Vann, with over a decade of creative experience, leads the studio's artistic vision while Thomas brings strategic expertise from global impactful projects. Their united mission emphasizes craft, collaboration, and cultural authenticity. Serving diverse clients ranging from global brands to grassroots NGOs, ROUGE harnesses animation's power to tell meaningful stories that resonate culturally and inspire positive change throughout Southeast Asia and beyond.
