Born and raised in Fresno, California, I have a close-knit family with three brothers and lifelong parents. My educational journey took me through local schools, culminating at Fresno State University. Patti Ashlock, my wife, and I share a strong partnership both personally and professionally, having over 25 years in the mortgage industry. Together, we founded Cypress Bay Mortgage in 2006, navigating industry shifts including the 2008 crash and evolving lending landscapes. With three accomplished children and several grandchildren, our family thrives on travel, hobbies, and shared experiences. In recent years, I re-embraced brokering by joining NEXA Mortgage, valuing its flexibility and client benefits. Looking ahead to retirement, I envision continuing this work while enjoying time with family on the road.
