About the Team
OUR STORY
No More Phone Tag was founded by Walter Lundstrom, whose journey began in 1987 when he moved from Sweden to the U.S., inspired by his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for telecommunications. After facing challenges breaking into Sweden's telecom market, Walter established the company in Columbus, Ohio, focusing on innovative call answering technologies tailored to the needs of small and large businesses alike. Recognizing gaps in traditional answering services, especially within medical practices, No More Phone Tag developed customizable, efficient, and HIPAA-compliant solutions that prioritize urgent calls and maintain professionalism. With a commitment to outstanding customer service, the company has become a trusted partner for businesses seeking to enhance communication and ensure every call truly matters.
