MindInMotion was established in 2012 by Baltimore native Joshua Land and Boston newcomer Victor Fink. We connected during a college 16mm filmmaking class, bonding over our shared passion for cinema. Since then, we have collaborated on five feature films and developed a company dedicated to producing high-quality video content for clients. With over 100 clients and more than 1.8 million video views, we provide comprehensive video production services, overseeing everything from the initial concept to the final product. Our offerings include commercial work (TV commercials, social media advertisements), corporate content (recruitment videos, training materials, testimonials), film projects (feature films, documentaries), and post-production services (editing, color correction, visual effects using Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Avid, and DaVinci Resolve). With offices in Baltimore, MD, and Orlando, FL, we cater to clients across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Our distinguished clients include Johns Hopkins, the Maryland State Department of Education, the American Lung Association, InterPublic, the Anne Arundel County Police, Infinite Legacy, and The Packard Center for ALS Research. Our feature films, "I Like Me" and "Bad Witch," have been showcased at festivals globally and are available for streaming on major VOD platforms.

OUR STORY
Our Journey We began as friends in film school and became production collaborators. We first crossed paths in a 16mm filmmaking class, developing a strong connection through our mutual passion for cinema. Together, we have produced five feature films and established a company dedicated to creating high-quality videos for clients. Our projects have taken us from Baltimore and Washington, D.C. to Orlando, the Washington mountains, and the rainforests of Cuba. When we're not serving clients, we're focused on our own creative endeavors, including our latest feature film, "Incubation."
