Lehman Consulting and Recruiting

LCR is a nationwide recruiting agency that is minority-owned and focuses on placing professionals in the fields of hospitality, technology, customer service, and healthcare. Founded by Kimberley Lehman, the company boasts over 20 years of experience and has navigated through various economic challenges successfully. We have learned that adapting our methods is crucial, especially during difficult times. Staffing is a complex undertaking, and many employers are struggling to maintain their staffing models, especially if they were not effective before the pandemic. Even in tough economic conditions, our agency strives to uphold a higher standard of accountability for both candidates and employers, recognizing the increased stakes and responding with greater dedication.
