OUR STORY
La Costa Telecom was established in 2020 by Zaur Lachuev to resolve common frustrations with unreliable VoIP services, hidden fees, and inaccessible customer support. Zaur, drawing from his entrepreneurial and IT background, envisioned a VoIP provider emphasizing reliability, simplicity, and exceptional customer service. Supported by IT veteran Jose Solis, who brings over 20 years of technical and leadership expertise, the company is dedicated to delivering transparent, affordable, and dependable telecommunication solutions. Together, their mission is to simplify complex communication systems for businesses while ensuring every client receives attentive, responsive support. La Costa Telecom stands out by prioritizing customer satisfaction and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, establishing itself as a trusted choice for businesses in Southern California and beyond.
