The Film Hub was founded by Lauren Fehlhaber, who, inspired during a contemplative period, envisioned a supportive and creative community for professionals in the film and digital content industry. Leveraging her background in production design and set drafting, she designed a unique space blending coworking areas with advanced production studios and elegant event venues to foster creativity and collaboration. Partnering with her filmmaker father, Jim Ellis, who managed the construction, The Film Hub opened in 2019 just before the pandemic challenged its growth. With Jim's retirement, Lauren took full leadership, dedicating herself to nurturing an environment where creatives and business owners can thrive. The Film Hub embodies Lauren's passion for design and community, encouraging others to pursue bold dreams through hard work and support.
