Electric Pearl, established in 2019 by Jennell Lewis and Sally O’Grady, is an Austin-based full-service video production company dedicated to telling compelling stories with creativity and authenticity. With 15 years of collective experience, the team collaborates closely with brands, agencies, and organizations to produce diverse projects, from commercials to documentaries. They prioritize a work environment centered on efficiency, empathy, and respect, ensuring participants and clients feel comfortable and valued. As the only Black and women-owned production company in Austin, Electric Pearl champions diversity by promoting inclusive casting and equitable hiring practices.
