OUR STORY
DFS Productions, based in Osaka, Japan, was established by Hotaka Matsumura, a dedicated freelance producer passionate about filmmaking and promoting Japanese culture. Returning from the United States in 2012, Hotaka founded the company to bridge communication gaps for foreign clients producing content in Japan. Since its inception, DFS has built a reputation for delivering professional, reliable video production services tailored to diverse client needs worldwide. In 2016, the team expanded by incorporating skilled filmmakers—including directors, cinematographers, and production managers—who collaborate as a proficient network of freelancers. Emphasizing seamless communication, their team is multilingual, ensuring language is never an obstacle in crafting exceptional content.
