I am an Argentine consultant with a degree in Foreign Trade from the National University of Rosario. I have devoted a significant part of my life to studying and training in International Trade. After spending time in the United States, where I earned a postgraduate degree in Small Business Management at the University of Cincinnati, I currently work as an SME Expert Consultant for the Ministry of Productive Development in Argentina and INTI. In my role as an International Trade Consultant, I focus on knowledge-based services and product exports. I collaborate with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to showcase their products and services at major global trade shows and connect them with international buyers through business meetings. My services include company consulting, SME diagnostics, CANVAS business model development, and creating strategic internationalization plans. I also manage customer relationship strategies aimed at understanding clients' needs, enhancing their satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and improving profitability. This includes developing sales-focused software and analyzing communication channels with customers to boost commercial performance. In addition, I provide commercial intelligence and support for international market development, promoting exportable offerings and facilitating international trade. My work helps local and international firms connect with national organizations for support in trade processes (both import and export) and investments in Argentina. Furthermore, I assist in formulating productive projects and competitiveness under ANR financing programs, including the preparation of TAD submissions and ongoing monitoring with national and multilateral organizations such as the IDB, World Bank, and UNDP Argentina.
