About the Team
OUR STORY
**Our Journey** Zourba Tech was established in 2025 by Hicham, who noticed a persistent issue in the European IT sector: mid-sized companies facing challenges in managing their systems after 6pm without exhausting their internal staff or exceeding their budgets. The answer was just across the Mediterranean. Morocco offers skilled professionals, a compatible time zone, and a favorable cost structure. Z-Tech was created to link European IT teams with dedicated nearshore engineers who are available during crucial times—nights and weekends.
