The UX Challenge: In India, there is a significant drive towards renewable energy sources. To address farmers' water challenges, Stanley developed IoT-enabled solar pump solutions. Although the product was impressive, the goal was to collaborate with UX experts to create a user-friendly web application (accessible via mobile) for monitoring and managing the pumps effectively. Our Solution: Due to the unique nature of the service and the involvement of multiple stakeholders, we prioritized designing the primary use case for administrators. The initial dashboard designs were reviewed internally by the client and later by the team engaged with farmers in the Innovation Sandbox in Hyderabad. After obtaining approval for their intuitiveness, functionality, and adherence to branding guidelines, the designs were delivered as HTML files for our team to develop and implement. Considerations for the new dashboard design included: - Highlighting social impact metrics and technical parameters relevant to various stakeholders - Presenting metrics as widgets with easily recognizable icons for simple identification - Creating infographics that are visually appealing and straightforward for Indian farmers to understand the pump performance - Providing active notifications and alerts so technicians can proactively assist farmers before they need to reach out - Featuring real-time performance data for comprehensive analysis and insights - Utilizing satellite imagery to determine the pump's exact location and confirm installation status. The Outcome: Social Impact: Lives positively impacted: 900. Farmers educated on technology: over 2,000. CO2 emissions reduced: 10 tons. Solar energy harnessed: 18 MW. Land irrigated: 800 acres. ZEUX was engaged to completely revamp the banking experience for AU Small Finance Bank, both before and after user login. **Objectives of the UX Revamp:** - Update AU's digital presence to keep pace with the evolving digital landscape, user expectations, emerging trends, and industry best practices. - Shift in alignment with changing business priorities across various product lines. - Develop an incredibly simplified banking experience. **Our Approach:** ZEUX initiated the UX redesign by conducting stakeholder visioning sessions, user interviews, persona development, and competitive UX benchmarking to establish a solid foundation of insights for screen design. **Key Focus Areas of UX Design:** - The digital interface was developed with inclusivity in mind, ensuring task flows and user journeys are extremely straightforward. - Careful attention was given to the content, ensuring it is devoid of jargon and accessible to users. - Illustrations and images were crafted to reflect Indian cultural values. **The Outcome:** The new designs are being rolled out in phases. The TATA Shop Share Smile (TSSS) UX Challenge is a platform that provides TATA employees with exclusive access to a curated selection of special deals, offers, and discounts available across various TATA brands. ZEUX was engaged to revamp the TSSS website in order to create a more attractive and engaging user experience that reflects the “One TATA” philosophy. Key UX Challenges: Our Approach: ZEUX began the UX redesign by engaging stakeholders in visioning sessions, conducting user interviews, designing personas, and visualizing the ecosystem to establish a solid base of research insights for the screen design phase. UX Design Focus Areas: The entire user registration process was revamped to make it as smooth and efficient as possible, while also keeping access secure and exclusive to TATA employees and their referrals. The information architecture and navigation were structured to enhance the visibility of offers. Various browsing options were introduced to cater to a broader audience and increase awareness of participating brands. Techniques from persuasion design were utilized to incorporate social proof, a sense of urgency, and limited availability of offers, leading to improved conversion rates for participating TATA brands.
