**Inventory Management** YRC initiated its work by focusing on the critical aspect of Scarters' operations: Inventory Management. The team analyzed various factors, including the flow of goods, returns, bulk orders, cash flows, manufacturing turnaround times, and increasing volumes. Based on this analysis, YRC created an inventory planning module that guided the client on which SKUs to purchase, the quantity to order, and the optimal timing for purchases. **Cash Flow Management** At the same time, YRC's finance specialists developed strategies for managing the Cash Flow Management Cycle, which assisted in planning operating expenses, analyzing breakeven points, and budgeting for both capital and recurring expenses. **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** YRC established an organizational structure and clearly outlined the roles, responsibilities, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each team member. The implementation of SOPs improved transparency within the core team by defining processes and enhancing inter-departmental communication, which helped prevent imbalances between authority and responsibility. YRC also introduced various tools, such as task management software, calendars, inventory management systems, and CRM platforms, which boosted team efficiency by 50%, reduced operational issues, and motivated team members towards organizational objectives. **Warehouse/Fulfillment Center** YRC developed a flexible layout plan for the Scarters warehouse, enabling potential expansion of up to three times its current capacity within the same floor area. A major challenge was reducing the Order Lead Time from order receipt through processing to dispatch. The SOPs were designed to integrate with the Warehouse Management System Software to reduce reliance on personnel and manual paperwork.
