Planet Protein

Ecommerce Redesign and Migration from WooCommerce to Shopify Brand Overview: Planet Protein is a plant-based protein shake brand currently operating on WooCommerce. Unfortunately, their existing website isn't generating sufficient revenue, straining their resources. As a result, the founder opted to revise their strategy and transition to Shopify. The Challenge: After facing several issues with their previous website, Brenden, the founder of Planet Protein, contacted us to assist with the migration to Shopify. The project timeline was established at six weeks, encompassing the full design phase for the new theme, theme development, and data migration. The main objectives were straightforward: migrate the website without any downtime, redesign it to align with the brand, and emphasize the product value proposition to boost sales. The ultimate goal was to create a strong platform for brand growth in 2021 coinciding with the launch of their new product. The Solution: Design: Our approach involved reusing most of the content and elements from the former website to meet the tight launch schedule. The design team crafted a professional and well-branded outcome that highlighted the unique attributes of the Chocolate and Vanilla flavors, thereby enhancing the value proposition. By concentrating on the mobile user experience, we ensured that customers could easily purchase their preferred plant-based protein shake while on the move. Development: Adhering to our established development process, we delivered a fully configurable custom theme within three weeks. Our priority was speed, so we optimized every aspect of the development to maximize the website's performance. Migration: Since the previous website was on WooCommerce, our aim was to migrate all customer, order, product, loyalty, and subscription data smoothly, ensuring no downtime or data loss. We successfully achieved this in just one week, effectively resolving the ongoing customer complaints regarding missing orders and loyalty points that Planet Protein had been facing.

TAPP Water

Unknown

**Brand Overview** Tapp Water is a tap filter brand operating in Europe and North America that aimed to grow its presence by launching its innovative products in the Australian market through a new local branch. The client sought to create a website separate from their main site and chose Shopify as their content management system (CMS). **The Challenge** The primary challenge we faced was educating Australian consumers on the necessity of water filters and the ease of installing them on their taps. Water filters are not widely used in Australia, and existing options are often complicated to install at home. Additionally, since TAPP Water is already a successful brand in Spain and the US, our mission was to create a sleek and user-friendly experience to ensure the brand's successful entry into the Australian market. The objectives were clear: to design and develop an independent online store for Australia, while providing a streamlined and optimized user interface that reflects the branding and emphasizes the product value for improved conversions. **The Solution** **The Design** Given that TAPP Water was entering a new market, we crafted a user experience-optimized store that adhered to brand guidelines, aimed at educating customers and fostering trust in the product. Our team utilized dynamic imagery and lifestyle photos to effectively showcase the products. We also prioritized mobile responsiveness, enabling users to shop for the new TAPP filters anytime and anywhere. **The Development** We created a custom theme that is simple and user-friendly for easy content management, adhering to our established process within the promised timeline. Our team integrated the website with a subscription app for the cartridges offered, which helps boost recurring revenue for the business. Additionally, we optimized the development to ensure a lightning-fast website. **Important Links:** tappwater.com.au

Gloria Jeans Coffees

**Overview** Gloria Jeans is a global coffee brand that has been in operation since 1979. With over 40 years of establishment, the company has shifted its focus significantly toward the online sale of its specialty coffees, particularly in Australia where it is well recognized. To penetrate the competitive US market effectively, they recognized the necessity for a professionally designed online store that aligns with their brand identity. **The Challenge** Given the intense competition in the US online marketplace, it was crucial to design a platform that highlights the brand's rich history and the distinctiveness of its products while providing a modern and seamless shopping experience. To enhance their competitive edge, Gloria Jeans aimed to emphasize subscription services to boost recurring revenue. The challenge involved creating an interactive subscription experience that lets customers choose their preferred coffee flavors and sizes, as well as set their delivery frequency—all on a single page. **The Solution** **The Design** Our primary goal was to develop a design that represents the brand’s history and emphasizes its uniqueness. The design team created a polished and well-branded look that incorporated lifestyle photography to link the retail and online shopping experiences. We concentrated on enhancing the mobile user experience, ensuring it was easy for users to order their favorite coffee while on the go. **The Development** By adhering to our reliable development process, we produced a fully customizable Shopify theme, integrating the necessary apps to establish a strong foundation for the site. Our emphasis was on speed, so every facet of the development process was tailored to achieve optimal website performance.
