Call Center QMS & AI IVR

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in Vietnam is currently in charge of establishing 111, a call center focused on child safety in the country. The client seeks a Call Quality Management System that will allow them to oversee and assess their call agents' performance in real-time, as well as transform call recordings into analytical data. Furthermore, they are looking for an AI-driven interactive voice response system. To fulfill these needs, we partnered with IVG, a well-known call center software provider in Vietnam, to integrate and enhance SmartQMS within 111. Our solution, SmartQMS, is divided into three components: we utilized the latest technology framework, React, for the front-end development and NodeJS for the backend. WebSocket enables real-time monitoring of all calls, with data stored in Microsoft SQL Server. The authentication system has been automatically synchronized with the organization's LDAP directory service. To ensure that supervisors can consistently monitor an agent's screen, we created a Windows Client using the .NET Framework that streams the screen to the backend. Additionally, we worked with VAIS, a Vietnamese AI company that has successfully implemented speech-to-text technology in several government offices, to develop the real-time intelligent IVR system. The YITEC AI team is continuously categorizing and refining the data gathered.
