We also collaborate with design agencies and web studios on a white-label basis, managing their clients' hosting, maintenance, and technical support so they can concentrate on their core work. Mark Benewith, who has over 20 years of experience in WordPress encompassing hosting infrastructure, custom plugin development, WooCommerce, security, and performance, leads the work. When an issue arises, you will communicate directly with the person resolving it, rather than dealing with a ticket queue.
