WSI Biggs Digital

At WSI, led by Marketing Executive and Principal Consultant Kelly Biggs, we specialize in empowering teams to effectively embrace AI training. Understanding that many employees resist AI adoption due to workload concerns, skepticism, or fear of job displacement, we advocate for a thoughtful, hands-on approach. By starting with curious employees, focusing training on real work tasks, involving managers, and providing ongoing support, we ensure meaningful integration of AI tools. Our tailored live sessions prioritize practical application over passive learning, enabling professionals to experience immediate benefits. We emphasize clear communication, policy development, and addressing employee concerns directly, cultivating confidence and sustainable AI adoption across organizations.
