Meadow Group

Meadow Group is a new brand in the housing credit market that launched in April 2023 with no brand recognition. Their primary goal is to offer individuals various credit options and assist them in purchasing their new homes. The Challenge is that Meadow Group is an unfamiliar name—having merged with a franchising group in July 2023—operating in a competitive housing credit market. Lacking brand awareness and trust, their biggest hurdle is generating a high volume of leads to secure as many deals as possible. The Solution involved a modest advertising budget of about €300 per month, aiming for maximum lead generation. Given the tough market conditions, we utilized Meta Ads and successfully acquired 100 leads within just 30 days at a cost per lead of €300. Subsequently, we implemented automated email marketing campaigns with a 60% open rate and a 7% click-through rate. We had to pause our efforts 60 days in due to the merger, but based on these metrics, we believe that within a year, Meadow Group could rank among the top five credit brands in Portugal.

5 Months - 10x ROAS on Google Ads

Hubertus Loden produces a unique type of wool exclusively made in Germany, primarily catering to hunters. This niche product tends to gain popularity towards the end of the year, but sales are limited to that period. The company aimed to launch a new eCommerce website to boost its revenue, targeting a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 3 to 4 times. The Challenge: Operating in a competitive niche market meant that generic pay-per-click campaigns would yield repetitive results. Additionally, the product is only marketed during the rainy season at the year's end, with minimal interest during the summer months. The Solution: The strategy involved creating targeted search ads for all store products and identifying effective search terms that competitors were not utilizing. This approach allowed us to pinpoint the optimal products among over 100 available, which faced little to no competition for promotion. Result? Achieved a recurring 10x ROAS each month from December 2022 to April 2023. Note: There was a dip in ROAS in May due to an expired credit card, but by August 2023, we have returned to a 10x ROAS.

Launching A New Sustainable Brand

re.store

re.store was launched in June 2020 as a brand new project with no market familiarity. The venture repurposes leftover textiles from various factories and donates a portion of sales to the community. While it has a stylish approach based on solid sustainability principles, it began as an unfamiliar brand with uncertain market traction, primarily targeting a specific niche. re.store aimed to sell directly to consumers (DTC) and acquire new customers to showcase their products. To tackle this, we provided digital marketing consultancy to enhance their market presence, starting with Facebook Ads to identify the most suitable product to promote. Once initial traction was achieved, we pinpointed the Product Market Fit (PMF) for their offerings and realized a 4x return on ad spend (ROAS) in the first six months. Subsequently, we advised re.store on expanding their email user base, which proved to be highly effective, resulting in a 10% conversion rate for each campaign.
