These experiences help develop confidence, resilience, and lasting friendships at a top-notch summer camp in Ontario. Campers have the option to specialize in our key programs: Figure Skating, Hockey, Towed Water Sports, and Leadership, all led by skilled coaches. Both day and overnight campers participate in our Character Development program, where they can earn awards for attributes like attitude, courage, integrity, and kindness. OUR STORY
Founded over 25 years ago by the Grin family, Winning Techniques Camp was created as a safe and welcoming space for youth to learn, grow, and discover themselves. What started with a vision rooted in trust, family values, and community has flourished into a cherished summer tradition. The camp’s family has expanded, including their own children, Carl and Elly, who have thrived there, as well as countless campers, staff, and alumni who return year after year. Committed to safety and inclusion, the camp adheres to over 675 standards through the Ontario Camping Association. With 75 years of combined experience, the directors passionately foster growth beyond sports—instilling resilience and life skills through their Top 8 Skills Character Development Program.
