About the Team
OUR STORY
Established by Will Shilling, who started with the company in 1999 and serves as the Registered Master Plumber and owner, our team has grown steadily over the years. Samantha 'Sam' Shilling-Gonzales has been the General Manager since 2013, supported by Veronica Casper, the Office Administrator who joined in 2022, and Melanie Davis as Dispatcher from 2026. Our skilled service plumbers include Master Plumber Marc Gonzales, employed since 2012, along with journeymen Aaron Saenz, Alex Sipes, and James Lawhead, and tradesman Rigo Mendoz, all onboard as of 2025 or 2026. We are committed to nurturing talent with apprentices Jesse Guerrero, Kaden Kerkez, and Jacob Gomez, each starting in 2025, ensuring our expertise and quality service continues into the future.
