Jonathan Zimmerman's journey into commercial real estate began unexpectedly after graduating summa cum laude from Loyola University Chicago in 1995 with a business economics degree. Initially working in retirement planning marketing, he sought a more stimulating career, leading him to downtown Chicago's commercial real estate scene in 1996 at Norwood O'Hare Realty Group. There, he played a key role in leasing prominent Loop office towers and negotiated significant tenant leases. In 1999, he joined Rubloff to spearhead their commercial real estate division, overseeing marketing and leasing for over 3 million square feet of downtown office and retail space. In 2012, Jonathan founded Willard Jones Real Estate, focusing on representing smaller landlords and tenants, now managing over 800,000 square feet. A
