Our partnership with CPAmerica International/Crowe Horwath International, a network of independently operated CPA and consulting firms, enhances our ability to serve clients on local, national, and international levels. Established in May 1998 by John Wheeler and David Wolfenden as Wheeler & Wolfenden, P.A., we merged with Leonard S. Dwares & Company in January 1999, creating the firm we know today. In January 2006, we relocated our headquarters from 824 North Market Street in Wilmington, our original site, to our current location in Pike Creek. To better accommodate our growing client base in Sussex County, we opened our Lewes office in November 2008.
