Creative Energy is the leading company in the Bay Area for hot tubs, fireplaces, and swim spas. With 40 years of experience, they have operated award-winning showrooms in San Rafael, Pleasanton, and San Mateo. They approached us with an outdated website design that was challenging for their staff to manage and update, lacked responsiveness, and was deficient in lead tracking and storage forms. Our initial step was to completely redesign their site, including updating their logo. Utilizing a comprehensive bootstrap design, we revamped years of content and numerous forms into a fully responsive website that performs well across all devices. Our ongoing partnership post-launch entails continual improvements and redesigning sections of the site where user experience needs enhancement. By utilizing heatmaps, analytics, and conversion tracking, we continually refine the site to boost sales and ensure users can quickly and effectively find the services and products they need. At West County Net, we view a website as a conversion platform. Hence, we developed fully manageable sections, including a clearance center, weekly and monthly specials, a blog, a review platform, a full-service center, and sortable product categories. This comprehensive approach transforms a typical brochure website into an application-level site. Children's Museum of Sonoma County

The Children’s Museum of Sonoma County (CMOSC) has been committed to sparking curiosity in young minds about their environment through engaging exhibits and enjoyable educational programs. Since its establishment in 2012, the museum has emerged as the top destination for learning through play in the community, attracting over 150,000 parents, caregivers, educators, and families annually. In 2020, West County Net collaborated with CMOSC to develop a new custom website aimed at providing vital resources for current museum affiliates while drawing in new members and donors. As their digital marketing agency, responsible for SEO, SEM, and Social Media, we are dedicated to broadening their outreach and delivering information and resources to local families. We worked closely with the CMOSC team to completely revamp their website and ensure it was current.
