The WELLPLACED Method is a behavioral placement approach designed for expanding businesses. We collaborate with founders and business owners who are making important hires and seek a systematic, evidence-driven process rather than a conventional recruitment service. Before evaluating any candidates, we conduct three essential tasks: a Company Environment Profile that analyzes the organization across nine cultural dimensions, a Retention Risk Report that highlights areas where the environment may pose a risk for unsuitable placements, and a Role Behaviour Profile that outlines the behavioral requirements of the position based on ten prioritized factors. Each candidate is then evaluated through a structured behavioral interview, scored using anchored evidence rather than subjective impressions. The outcome is a documented hiring decision accompanied by a clear recommendation and the rationale behind it. Our partnership continues throughout the first 90 days of each placement, with structured check-ins on Day 14, Day 45, and Day 90. If a placement does not succeed within 90 days, the final fee is waived, and we initiate a replacement search at no extra charge. We primarily work with businesses that have between 5 to 50 employees, usually in a growth phase, and hiring for roles where the cost of a poor hire is substantial.
