Village Invest is an innovative organization that merges peer-to-peer lending with microfinance, focusing on direct connections between lenders and the communities they support, rather than relying on traditional intermediaries. The goal of the website was to design a tailored loan management platform that efficiently tracks investments and interest. The Croatian National Tourist Board is a national organization dedicated to establishing and promoting the identity and reputation of Croatian tourism. Its functions include planning and executing a unified strategy, designing promotional initiatives for both domestic and international markets that benefit all tourism industry stakeholders, and enhancing the overall Croatian tourism offering. The primary objectives for the project included: migrating all existing content from the proprietary CMS to Drupal, restructuring the content, enhancing the information architecture, improving user experience and design, refining responsive and mobile-first design, and completing the beta version within the 30-day timeframe.
