UI/UX for Maybank Applications

Maybank MY & Maybank SG

Webby created a new application UI/UX for Maybank Singapore that focuses on business usage. The Webby team successfully designed, formatted, and organized the project for the website, mobile web, and mobile app versions. Some designs introduced new functionalities based on input from Maybank Singapore stakeholders, while others reimagined existing features. For Maybank Malaysia, a user-focused Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) platform was developed, featuring both new and redesigned functionalities. This included enhancements to Moratorium banking services, updated application onboarding screens, and a redesign of the Maybank EtiQa service, among others. As one of the largest banks in Southeast Asia, Maybank proudly represents Malaysia's financial strength both locally and internationally, maintaining a presence in all ten ASEAN countries. Chargehere EV Solution Sdn Bhd

ChargeSini is dedicated to creating a secure and reliable EV charging network for both public and private sectors. Our advanced software solutions facilitate businesses entering the EV charging market and launching innovative business models. Our goal is to establish a scalable EV charging infrastructure that allows businesses to quickly expand their charging station networks across Malaysia and beyond, effectively addressing the AC and DC charging shortage and alleviating the range anxiety experienced by EV owners. Prior to designing the user app UI and merchant site, we researched local and international EV apps like ChargEV, JomCharge, and PlugShare to identify app features that meet market demands. Meanwhile, our development team collaborated closely with the design team to create web and app interfaces. In developing the Charge Point Operator (CPO), we partnered with an EV charger installation specialist to ensure hardware compatibility with our software. This collaboration enabled us to create an innovative EV charging app and a comprehensive charging infrastructure. Acting as our client's technology solution partner, we utilized our extensive expertise to complete the EV charging business ecosystem. We assisted ChargeSini in developing a web and mobile app, a unified backend CPO solution, an OCPP-compliant charger, API integrations with ERP/CRM, dynamic load management, tariffs, and payment solutions. Additionally, we improved user experience by introducing more automation features like Plug and Play, automatic calculations, and flexible compatibility. In a recent update, we not only enhanced and optimized ChargeSini's public charging feature but also developed new functionalities such as home charger monitoring and a rental service for personal EV chargers, which can be easily linked to the ChargeSini app.
