US-Based K-Beauty Brand. Locations: United States Challenge: The e-commerce retailer had a limited digital marketing presence, relying primarily on automated solutions that yielded minimal results. They chose to focus on paid advertising through Facebook/Instagram, Google, and Amazon, seeking external assistance. Our Approach: We collaborated closely with the brand’s executives and creative team to create an e-commerce strategy aimed at generating new leads, retargeting existing customers, and enhancing holiday revenue through seasonal promotions. We also improved ad delivery targeting specific demographics by consistently conducting A/B testing to achieve optimal click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Notable campaigns included PPC advertising on leading e-commerce platforms, direct marketing for lead generation, promotion of key products, prospecting campaigns to boost traffic to landing pages, among other initiatives. Outcome: Over three years, we facilitated 69,000 e-commerce transactions, generating a total revenue of $1,650,000 across three distinct channels.
