Building Brand & Content Strategy for Orely Studio

Orely | Global design studio with 200+ projects

We partnered with Orely Studio, a global design firm located in Sukabumi, to improve their homepage. Despite Orely's impressive track record, with over 200 projects in 24 countries, high ratings on Clutch and Upwork, and being recognized as one of Dribbble's Top 40 Agencies, they did not have a clearly defined brand identity. We prioritized establishing their brand identity before proceeding with content creation. By interviewing Orely's founder, we delved into the agency's origins, goals, and unique selling points. As a result, we created a brand identity guide that captures Orely's history, vision, mission, values, and distinctive characteristics. This collaboration underscores the significance of a well-defined brand identity in crafting engaging content and building a robust market presence.

Empowering Flip’s UX writing team

Flip | Fintech based in Indonesia

Our collaboration with the UX writing team at Flip involved a combination of private and group consulting, as well as a thorough content design workshop. During one-on-one sessions, we assisted participants in addressing both external work issues and internal obstacles, leading to significant personal insights. These sessions created a secure environment for reflection and strategic planning. Additionally, we organized an 8-session content design workshop that spanned topics from UX writing essentials to career planning and leadership preparedness, encouraging fresh perspectives on professional growth. Given the absence of a formal leadership structure within the UX writing team, we stepped in to offer mentorship at every level. We addressed immediate challenges and equipped the team with a shared vocabulary for effective problem-solving. As one client put it: “What impresses me the most is their ability to provide solutions regardless of how unique our problems may be.”
