**WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT** BMB Cleaning Services approached our agency with the aim of creating an affordable website for their new cleaning business, enabling customers to effortlessly request cleaning services online. Despite having a limited budget, we successfully designed a sleek and user-friendly website that fulfilled all their requirements. This two-page site features a clean and minimalist design that aligns with BMB's commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. We ensured the website is responsive, making it functional on any device, which enhances the user experience for all visitors. **CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (CRM)** Additionally, we extended our services beyond just website design and development. Recognizing that staying organized is crucial for the growth of a new business, especially in the cleaning industry where customer personal information must be securely managed, we set them up with Hubspot, a free Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). This tool keeps all customer information, emails, notes, and conversations in one centralized location. We also integrated various forms on BMB's website, allowing them to capture customer data and receive notifications upon requests for services. Our goal was to create a fully integrated digital system, and we achieved it within their budget. For more information about Hubspot, you can visit this link or message us to see if it suits your needs. **SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO)** To conclude this project, we provided SEO services for BMB Cleaning Services, helping them achieve higher rankings for specific search terms when potential customers seek cleaning services. For instance, one targeted search term was "Office Cleaning Stony Plain," which we incorporated into our SEO strategy. With the right approach, SEO significantly influences how prospective customers discover your business, and it’s just one of the ways we are assisting BMB Cleaning Services in attracting more clients and accelerating their growth.

**PRIMARY GOALS AND OBJECTIVES** Industree is a tech startup based in Edmonton that helps construction and maintenance firms quickly and easily find skilled trades workers for their projects. They reached out to our agency to create a website that would highlight their startup's objectives, communicate the value they aim to provide, and allow both workers and companies to pre-register for their app's launch. **STRATEGY** For the website design, our aim was to create an attractive and user-friendly interface. Given that they target two distinct groups—companies and workers—we needed to ensure that each visitor could easily access the relevant information. Additionally, we aimed to simplify the registration process on the site. As an early-stage startup, Industree's focus was on conveying their value proposition simply and clearly. At the time of design, specific features were yet to be established, and much of the content centered around the issues they were addressing in the industry, which we needed to present in an easily digestible manner for all users. **DELIVERABLES** We delivered a vibrant and engaging website that performs well across all devices. The homepage features multiple call-to-action (CTA) locations to encourage sign-ups. Following the website's launch, Industree found it easier to promote their startup to their target audience, resulting in several dozen sign-ups within the first few weeks.

**PRIMARY GOALS & OBJECTIVES** Canig Innovative Solutions recognized the necessity of transitioning their brand into the digital realm. Recent years have seen significant changes, and the Coronavirus pandemic accelerated this transformation. The company, designed to help other businesses bridge the gap between their current state and their goals, engaged us to guide them into the future. **STRATEGY** We began by assisting them in creating a new color palette for their brand. However, we ensured that the core identity of Canig was consistently reflected throughout the website, especially on the "Who We Are" (About Us) page and through the addition of a blog section. **DELIVERABLES** We delivered a user-friendly website structured for easy navigation, with information organized based on user priorities. We designed a deep-scroll website while emphasizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO). As a result of these enhancements, the company experienced a significant boost in rankings for important keywords and phrases.
