At Walt & Gordon, we understand the struggles of entrepreneurship because we have experienced them firsthand. During our time at BYU, we worked long hours delivering food through Doordash for three years, all while immersed in Utah's "startup culture." Everyone aspired to be the next successful founder, including us. We planned, brainstormed, and attempted various ideas—yet nothing took off. One day, while making a Doordash delivery in his junior year, Ezra noticed a yard sign advertising a plumber that only had a phone number listed. He reached out to ask if he could create a website for him. The plumber agreed, followed by his friend, then their friends, and even family members. Since then, we've experienced one miracle after another. After numerous unsuccessful ventures, we finally discovered the key to business: stop forcing the creation of a startup and instead concentrate on serving and addressing a genuine problem.
