Vortex Design Solutions

We provide commercial interior fit-out services throughout Southern Africa, specializing in the design and construction of office spaces, retail stores, and corporate interiors from the initial concept to the issuance of occupancy certificates. Our full turnkey service encompasses space planning, regulatory compliance, construction, and municipal approvals, all managed by one team to eliminate the need to coordinate with multiple contractors. With over a decade of experience managing projects for esteemed brands like Naspers, Lamborghini, Swarovski, and Lindt, we take care of the challenging aspects that many firms tend to overlook, including building compliance, contractor management, and obtaining occupancy certificates. Our offices are located in Cape Town and Luanda, and we hold a Level 1 BBBEE certification. Additionally, we operate Space Solutions, our architectural visualization division, which produces CGI marketing films, 3D renders, and virtual tours for developers looking to market properties before construction begins.
