Verge Systems Inc., founded in 2007 by a University of Minnesota alumnus, began its journey by assisting organizations in transitioning to digital platforms. The company provided business solutions across various areas, including Financials, Human Resources, Microcredit, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Inventory, and more. In 2011, Verge Systems introduced its flagship product on a cloud platform using a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Shortly thereafter, WebHR was recognized as the leading cloud-based HR solution by Gartner, Software Advice, PASHA, and others. The company was a pioneer in SaaS platforms, launching another significant project called Smart Pupils, which has become one of the top school management software solutions for LMS and school management activities. In addition to its SaaS offerings, Verge Systems also created tailored solutions for both local and international clients.
