Founded in 2004 by Aivo Kallas, Markko Karu, Janno Siimar, and Mart Lankots, Velvet is a dedicated design agency comprising around 40 creative professionals, including designers, producers, developers, and researchers. Known as Estonia's first design-only creative agency, Velvet challenges traditional notions by valuing clarity, simplicity, and collaboration over hierarchy. Their culture promotes openness, playfulness, and occasionally rule-breaking, creating an environment where team members exceed expectations.
