Many direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands that face challenges in scaling don’t necessarily have issues with their advertising; rather, they struggle with their growth systems. While Meta is generating income, the customer acquisition cost (CAC) fluctuates. Creative content may perform well initially but then loses effectiveness. Increased ad spending is accompanied by reduced profit margins, and the team is often uncertain about which factors genuinely drive growth. I founded Vanspec to address this challenge. We partner with DTC brands earning between $1M and $8M annually to develop Meta-driven acquisition systems that can scale profitably. Our approach goes beyond just media buying; it involves a structured method that begins with a clear understanding of finances and culminates in reliable customer acquisition.
