The solution involved developing and integrating systems within GuestyPay to generate payout files that adhered to regional banking standards (NACHA, ABA, and NZ compliant). Additionally, we incorporated AirWallex's APIs and SDKs to automate onboarding tasks such as KYC, KYB, RFI, and ACH bank transfers. As a result, we enhanced the efficiency and compliance of GuestyPay, successfully passing stringent evaluations from leading banks like JP Morgan, Chase, and Valley Bank. The payout flow became fully automated with Airwallex's integration, resulting in faster operations and an improved user experience, thereby positioning Guesty as a prominent player in the hospitality technology sector.
