Global Marketing for a Prominent NFT Project

Global NFT Avatar Project

We represented a well-known brand in an NFT initiative, serving as the global marketing director responsible for the overall strategy and implementation in Japan, China, and the US. Our efforts included branding and positioning, managing partnerships, influencer marketing, community development and oversight, social media campaigns, giveaway and whitelisting events, and organizing AMAs. One of our team members was integrated into the client's team to ensure smooth daily execution of the marketing strategy. **Challenges** - Navigating multiple markets with different languages - Creating "crypto-native" campaigns, such as whitelisting - Potential liquidity issues in a persistent bear market **Solutions** - We assembled a team across Tokyo, China, and Dubai, with excellent proficiency in English, Japanese, and Chinese - We utilized our extensive knowledge in NFTs and cryptocurrency, having operated one of the leading crypto media brands globally - We devised an innovative pricing, sales, and distribution approach to tackle the declining market trend **Impact** - We successfully grew the community to 100K on major social media platforms within a few months, without the need to purchase traffic or followers, with participants from Japan, China, and the US - The NFT collection transformed into a multimillion-dollar venture, ranking among the top 20 projects by transaction volume on OpenSea - The project generated over US$2 million from its multi-tiered sale

Growth Strategy for Global Fintech Media Brands

Investing.com, Cointelegraph.com

We are offering comprehensive growth services to the prominent global digital financial media brands, Cointelegraph and Investing.com, specifically for their Japanese editions. Our services encompass content creation, sales, partnerships, events, social media management, editorial work, video production, as well as marketing solutions for clients. **Challenge**: The clients had nearly no brand recognition in Japan and lacked understanding of the local market. **Solutions**: We implemented aggressive growth strategies, recruited top-tier talent (including former journalists and SEO specialists), and maintained continuous communication with the clients. **Impact**: Over a span of 12 months, we have increased Investing.com's Japanese traffic by 600%, which resulted in a significant rise in revenue. Our team collaborated closely with Investing.com's management, helping to enhance the brand's valuation, ultimately leading to its sale to an investor consortium for $500 million. Moreover, Japan has become Cointelegraph's second-largest market by traffic compared to the US, and we have bolstered its competitive edge despite the lack of strong Japanese partnerships.
