Trifo, a home robotics company that originated as a spin-off from PerceptIn, started with no brand recognition. Nonetheless, the management team engaged UPRAISE to introduce their first robotic product in the U.S., a smart vacuum named "Ironpie," at CES 2019. The market for robotic vacuums is highly competitive, making up only 10 percent of the overall vacuum market, which has a total accessible market (TAM) of 80 million units. Thus, there is significant potential for Trifo to expand within this saturated industry. The campaign aimed for two primary objectives: - Achieve media coverage in 10-12 top-tier outlets - Boost Trifo's social media following by 50 percent To launch Ironpie successfully, we recommended several strategies, including pre-briefings with media, social media advertising, participation in ShowStoppers®, and engaging events to attract media attention to the Trifo booth. Since we didn't have a product to send to editors beforehand, we relied on scheduled events at CES for live demonstrations. By the end of the conference, UPRAISE had: - Secured 27 original articles in leading consumer technology, robotics, and lifestyle publications - Increased Trifo's social media following by double the target of 50 percent Additionally, Trifo tasked UPRAISE with a complete website redesign ahead of their next product reveal at IFA 2019. Within two months, UPRAISE successfully brainstormed, wireframed, drafted, implemented, and finalized a new website in time for the conference, facilitating the launch of Trifo's next home robot, Max.

Banking on Modernity Without Sacrificing the Community

When we began our partnership with the Bank of San Francisco, we were excited to collaborate with an innovative community bank that prioritized its clients. Our goal was to modernize the Bank’s outdated marketing materials and demonstrate that it could embody a contemporary and tech-savvy image while maintaining a strong commitment to its clientele. What initially started as a redesign of marketing flyers and postcards evolved into a comprehensive update of their entire marketing collateral, including their website. We created a cohesive set of templates that showcased a modern and attractive design for both digital and print. A key priority for the Bank was to ensure that their new website felt familiar and welcoming to their clients, so we suggested featuring their clients prominently. We meticulously planned and launched the Bank’s brand refresh with a unified public relations and marketing strategy, which included updating text and visuals for consistent messaging and brainstorming a new tagline. The outcome? A sleek, modern collateral system that put the Bank’s most valuable asset—their clients—at its center, complemented by a fresh tagline: "With You When It Matters."

UPRAISE Connects San Mateo County with Catering Services

San Mateo County Human Services aimed to rebrand and create a new website for Catering Connection & Café, a business under Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS). Catering Connection offers employment to community members facing obstacles, allowing them to gain food service skills through paid training in a fully-equipped kitchen. UPRAISE took on the project to develop an eye-catching, user-friendly website that would simplify the catering ordering process, alongside a memorable and visually attractive logo. We presented the County with creative concepts for the website, logo designs, a project timeline, and additional content suggestions to keep the site engaging and attract more visitors, demonstrating our expertise. Understanding the importance of visual appeal in the culinary arts, we focused on creating top-notch visuals for the website. Recognizing that unique images are essential, we organized a photoshoot, hired a photographer, and managed all aspects including directing the shoot and choosing the best images. This ensured a seamless experience and captivating visuals that effectively communicated the Catering Connection story. Creating a distinctive logo is crucial for branding, and we aimed to design one that was not only attractive but also aligned with the client's business and marketing objectives encouraging audience engagement. We offered several modern logo concepts featuring clear typography and pertinent graphic elements that fit the new branding. After finalizing the logo, we assisted Catering Connection in starting the trademarking process and established comprehensive graphic standards for logo usage, covering fonts, color codes, and placement guidelines on their website and promotional materials. Recognizing the significance of a website as a marketing tool, we completely redesigned Catering Connection's site from the ground up, implementing a content management system for complex retail ordering, crafting compelling copy, producing appealing images, and optimizing for SEO. The new design was simple, attractive, and contemporary, encouraging visitor engagement. On the back end, we integrated numerous features to enhance user experience, including: - Product modifiers that suggest complementary items when one is selected - Automatic tax rates based on ZIP code entered at checkout - POS integration to check ingredient availability - Rolling charges that update total costs as items are added to the cart - Automatic email confirmations to inform customers of received orders UPRAISE's branding strategy significantly elevated Catering Connection, resulting in an attractive, user-friendly website interface paired with a unique logo and brand guidelines to ensure identity consistency in the future.
