To kickstart our vision, we successfully deployed a basic Chat Bot that allowed sales representatives to input visit reports and prepare for meetings using intent and slot recognition. This foundational step paved the way for our more advanced AI Chat Bot. 2. Utilizing the OpenAI API, we crafted a sophisticated Chat Bot capable of swiftly responding to user inquiries related to data from the Microsoft CRM system.
