Quantitative Systems (QS) is a highly successful and experienced agency in talent sourcing. Their team excels at finding top tech talent for both large corporations and rapidly growing companies. Universium has collaborated with QS to enhance their talent management and engagement processes. Together, we developed a streamlined and effective internal solution that enables company recruiters to handle job postings, candidates, and automate the exposure of opportunities to their talent. This has resulted in the creation of an internal system for Quantitative Systems, known as QSpair.
