Storage Locator

Storage Locator is a website that helps customers quickly and easily find nearby storage units by comparing options. The platform simplifies the process by allowing users to effortlessly compare prices, locations, and available features for various storage solutions. When Storage Locator first reached out to Unfold, their idea was still in its early stages, and they were looking for a partner to help them turn it into a complete website. After conducting research, formulating a strategy, and going through design and development, we successfully launched the initial version of the site in under 12 weeks, enabling them to begin attracting visitors. We The Curious is a science center and educational charity located on Bristol’s Harbourside that offers a fantastic array of interactive exhibits, events, and activities for visitors of all ages. They approached Unfold with a prototype website and requested assistance in conducting user research and gathering insights to evaluate the prototype and enhance the user experience. The main goals of the project were to determine the effectiveness of their designs and to achieve the following objectives: - Improve accessibility for all users. - Simplify the booking process to make purchasing tickets easier. - Enhance interactivity and impact of the exhibits to give visitors a better understanding of what We The Curious represents. We The Curious welcomed significant changes and actively incorporated user feedback to improve the overall experience for everyone. Challenges Outcomes

Fundamentals

Fundamentals offers products and services designed to manage and regulate power on the national electricity grid. By leveraging technology and expertise in voltage control, artificial intelligence, and power system communications, they tackle the challenges faced by grid operators amid the ongoing energy transition. The company aimed to evolve from a long-established family business into a global technology enterprise focused on driving profitable growth, fostering customer loyalty, and attracting top talent. To facilitate this transformation, they partnered with various collaborators, including content consultant Sonja Nisson, who helped create a content framework for the website, and Sue Bush from the Co-Foundry, who guided the development of Fundamentals’ new brand identity. The team sought a website that clearly articulates who Fundamentals is, what they do, and their significance to customers.
